Images Fatales is a DVD compiling 10 years of film- and video work by Karen Vanderborght. Titles include: "The Happy Three Family", "Plier", "Contemporaries", "Les Soeurs Lumière", "Exposed", "The Queer Are Dead Long Live the Queer", "What does she see when she shuts her eyes", "Viva", and a mystery track... This means also: Exclusive Soundtracks by Thomas Köner and Köhn. Rare music video’s for Porter Ricks and Kiila.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION: 93 min., color and B&W, DVD, ntsc, stereo, all regions  
Karen Vanderborght (1973) lives and works in Brussels. She makes films, video’s, audiovisual installation work and performances. Her work has been shown, among others, at Internationaal Filmfestival Rotterdam(NL), VIPER Festival (CH), Kurzfilmtage Oberhausen (DE), Centre d’Art Contemporain, Herouville(FR), European Media Art Festival Osnabrück(DE), San Francisco Film Festival (US), Centre d’Art Santa Monica (ES), MIX Festival New York (US). Recently her video work “Plier” won the “Best Film” Award at 15Minutes Film Festival, Melbourne. Film works are distributed by Canyon Cinema(US). Video work by Montevideo (NL), Argos (BE), and Frameline(US).
